I absolutely LOVE this magazine and all of the recipe options it provides!
Because this is Day #1, I decided that it would be best for ME to "grow" into eating clean. Not all of these meals are 100% clean eating, but for me, they are healthier options. Hopefully, as I become more educated about eating clean, these healthier options will turn into cleaner options.
Have I also mentioned how much I LOVE Calorie Count by About.com? It is SO EASY to keep track of what you're eating! Not that I will be writing in this blog every piece of food I put in my mouth, but I sure will log it in my super secret account there.
